• Arrival

  We want to provide you with the best, most relaxing spa experience possible. To avoid feeling rushed and to allow plenty of time to unwind and change, please arrive a minimum of 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. You may also use this time to enjoy our Warming Rooms (saunas), a complimentary service for booking your appointment.

• Gratuities

  Gratuities are not included in the price of the service, and are left to the discretion of the guest. If you are extremely satisfied with your service, you may wish to leave a gratuity.

• Attire

  You may wear whatever is most comfortable for you; however, we do recommend removing your jewelry before your spa experience. We provide a robe and slippers upon arrival for your service.

• Reservations & Cancelations

  We encourage our guests to call in advance to secure an appointment time with us. We require a credit card to reserve any appointments. Group reservations require a 48-hour advance notice to ensure that we can accommodate your party.

  If you need to cancel, please honor our 24-hour advance notice policy to avoid charges. If you are running late for an appointment, your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed, and the full value of your service will apply. We thank you in advance for booking with us and honoring our reservation policies.

• Selecting a Treatment

  We are committed to offering services that provide you with maximum comfort and relaxation, and we are here to cater to your well-being

  in the best way possible. When booking a spa treatment, we recommend informing us about any special needs, medical conditions (including pregnancy, injury or recent surgery) or allergies that you may have. We can also recommend treatments and services that will meet your needs and concerns.

• Staff Recommendations

  If you’d like to request a therapist by name or gender preference, please mention it at the time of booking your service. We also gladly provide consultations before booking a service, as well as provide a recap of any products used during your treatments.

• Prices

  Prices and services may change without notice. Please call us to ask about new services and treatments, as well as our monthly specials. Q Club members receive a spa discount based on card level, when presenting the Q Club Card.

• Rain or shine, make a splash in our indoor
  pool and spa with a temperature-controlled environment. Really nice in those chilly months.

  The outdoor pool is a full-on party, open May thru October, weather permitting. Enjoy the full-service poolside bar, Jacuzzi, fire pit and make it your own private affair by renting a cabana!

  Located on the lower level of our Osotouy tower. No outside food allowed.

  Available to our hotel guests only.

  No lifeguards on duty at either pool.

A cart is required to play the course. (Cart is included in golf packages and an extra round played on an additional day.) If guest is going to play an additional round on the same day, the cart fee will only be charged for the second round.

Golf packages with 10 or more rooms should be directed to sales; Rates will be the same, however, sales groups will be offered a $10 free play per person.

A 10% occupancy fee will be added to the nightly rates shown. A $5 resort fee will also be charged.

Please adhere to the Eagle Creek Golf Club dress code:

Men – Collared shirts required at all times on golf course.

Women – No short shorts, halters, tube tops or abbreviated attire will be permitted on the golf course at any time.

Appropriate DENIM will be allowed. Management reserves the right to determine whether appropriate or not.

Bathing suits or trunks will not be worn on the golf course at any time.

Winter wear may not be removed to a non-conforming shirt.
