The Sarasota Kennel Club announced the grand opening of One-Eyed Jacks Card Room on November 24th of 2006.

The state of the art room is completely non-smoking and includes 24 poker tables. Endless amounts of TV monitors and walk-about tellers help players with wagering on parimutuel racing while playing poker. Table side beverage service is available and restrooms are located inside of the poker room.

Jacks will feature seven (7) different types of live action games including Texas Hold ‘Em. All live action games are a $2 straight bet throughout and our stud games require a .50 cent ante.

Jacks is proud to present some of the best No-Limit Hold ‘Em Tournament play Florida has to offer. Single table eleven (11) player shoot-outs run continuously from open to close. At noon and 6:30 pm we offer our multi-table tournaments and at 10 pm will close out the day with our “BLITZ” tournament. The buy-in for all tournaments is $45 and payouts are figured according to the amount of entrants.We are also proud to introduce the Bradenton/Sarasota Player of the Month and Year awards. Point totals are accumulated when placing “in the money” and will be posted on a daily basis. Awards and prizes will be issued to the player with the highest point total each month and at the end of the year.

One-Eyed Jacks is located on the second floor of the mezzanine. There is direct elevator service for easy handicapped entry and an elegant sit down full service bar for your dining needs. Jacks is open Monday thru Saturday from noon to midnight, closed Sunday.
